Excellent
This company was sent out to me by AAA road service. I was told by so many other locksmiths that only the dealer could make my lexus key. When I called AAA for a tow to the dealer, the gentleman on the phone decided to inquire with their contracted locksmith. When he came back on the phone and told me the could help i was sceptical but i said, "what the heck" lets see if these guys are just wasting my time or not. The guy that came out out couldnt have been nicer. In about 40 minutes, the man had 3 new keys cut and programmed for me. Not only did i not have to tow the car and wait till the next day, AAA also paid $100 of the service. A++ to River City and to AAA for using them as there locksmith
